Restocking Fees: We do not charge any restocking fees on rings being returned. Also, special custom rings that are made to order and/or have precious metal components or are made of precious metals, will have a restocking fee of up to 15%. Usually, rings that take one week or more to make are considered rings that are made to order. Please check with our customer service department to confirm.
All customers (Domestic and International) are obligated to pay shipping fees when returning.
Vantani reserves the right to alter its policy on restocking fees, at any time without notice.

We cannot accept the return of any item that shows signs of wear/abuse or has been customized and special ordered. Engraved rings are only returnable when you pay a removal engraving fee of $25.00
You can send the product back to Vantani with any courier and method of shipment you choose, with the understanding that the product is in your possession until delivered to our office with proof of signature.
Be sure to get tracking on the package. Insurance is also highly recommended when shipping back.
